MA June, a policeman who is known to distribute justice during arrests gets together with Hua Sheng who confidential-is to try, to overthrow three pitiless Vietnamese brothers who lead a smuggler ring during the months before the takeover of the mainland of Hong Kong. The oldest, Xian Wei Cha (called Zah), is stopped in an operation, the Sheng issues and allowed to almost kill him. His friend, Qiu Tu which has not known the occupation about Sheng wants to see him stopping. June hunts the gang untiringly, sometimes police protocols ignoring. The test approaches of Zah, witnesses are in danger, and a showdown is inevitable.
