In the mid-1990s, two inmates bury the burned bodies of two lifers at Mississippi's infamous Parchman Farm; a third old-timer relates their story. They'd served 65 years for a murder they didn't commit, framed by a local sheriff while buying moonshine whiskey for a Manhattan club owner to whom they owed money. In flashbacks we see this odd couple thrown together (Ray is a fast-talking con man, and Claude is a serious man about to start work as a bank teller), the loss of Ray's watch (sterling silver, from his daddy), the murder and trial, the hardships of Parchman, and the love-hate relationship of Claude and Ray as they spend 65 years bickering and looking for a way to escape.

Professor Sherman Klump is getting married. And the Klump family could not be more delighted for him. But Buddy Love, his Mr. Hyde alter-ego from the first film, is back and trying to make it on his own. Buddy keeps resurfacing in untimely outbursts, and threatening the portly professor's marriage plans to colleague Denise Gaines. Utilizing Denise's cutting-edge DNA research, Sherman decides to rid himself of his monstrous nemesis -and his disruptive outbursts-once and for all by extracting Buddy's DNA from his system. But Buddy bursts full-bodied into Sherman's world and lays claim to the professor's astounding invention - a revolutionary youth serum. Desperate to keep it from Buddy, Sherman hides the serum in the Klump family home, thinking it will be safe. Buddy correctly divines where Sherman has placed the serum, but to get it, he has to deal with the entire Klump family first.

Detroit policeman Axel Foley is pleased if he receives a surprise visit from his best friend Mikey Tandino who lives in California. Not long after Mikey comes in Detroit, Mikey is killed directly before Axel by a man called Serrating. Axel follows Serrating Beverly Hills, California where police departmental second lieutenant of Beverly Hill Andrew Bogomil Detektiv Billy Rosewood and the partner of the rosewood, sergeant John Taggart asks to observe carefully on Axel. Axel visits his friend Jenny Summers who works in an art gallery. With the help of Jenny Axel discovers that Serrating works for the boss of Jenny, Victor Maitland, the man who owns the art gallery. Maitland is the narcotic best player who uses the gallery as a front, and Maitland Serrating Mikey allowed to kill, after Maitland Mikey accused of stealing some of the bonds of Maitland. With the help of Jenny, Billy, and Taggart, acts Axel what he is able to do to convince himself, Maitland and Serrating will not kill any more people not. Detroiter Polizist Axel Foley ist erfreut, wenn er einen Überraschungsbesuch von seinem besten Freund Mikey Tandino erhält, der in Kalifornien lebt. Nicht lange nachdem kommt Mikey in Detroit an, Mikey wird direkt vor Axel von einem Mann genannt Zack getötet. Axel folgt Zack Beverly Hills, Kalifornien, wo Polizeiabteilungsleutnant von Beverly Hills Andrew Bogomil Detektiv Billy Rosewood und den Partner des Palisanders, Sergeanten John Taggart damit beauftragt, auf Axel aufmerksam zu beobachten. Axel besucht seinen Freund Jenny Summers, der in einer Kunstgalerie arbeitet. Mit der Hilfe von Jenny entdeckt Axel, dass Zack für den Chef von Jenny, Victor Maitland, den Mann arbeitet, der die Kunstgalerie besitzt. Maitland ist ein Rauschgift-Spielmacher, der die Galerie als eine Vorderseite verwendet, und Maitland Zack Mikey töten ließ, nachdem Maitland Mikey anklagte, einige von den Obligationen von Maitland zu stehlen. Mit der Hilfe von Jenny, Billy, und Taggart, tut Axel, was er kann, um sich zu überzeugen, werden Maitland und Zack nicht mehr Leute nicht töten.
