One day, Horton the elephant hears a scream of the help that comes from a dust mote. Even although he could not see anybody in the mote, he decides to help him. Since it proves, the dust mote is a homeland of the Whos, who live in his city of Whoville. Horton consents in helping to protect the Whos and his house, but this gives to him only they torment of his neighbors, who push back to believe that something might survive in the mote. Anyhow, Horton supports the motto that, "after Everything, a person is a person, does not matter like child. ".
