Plot Summary: When a devastating blow is struck by a legend of professional soccer and the field marshal Cap Rooney (Denis Quaid) of the game, a third one - stringer young man, stranger is called to replace him. Having mounted the bank for years due to a series of histories of bad luck and character perhaps insufficiently, Willie Beaman (Jamie Foxx) seizes what can be his last possibility, and illuminates the field with a raw demonstration of the athletic value.
