Plot Summary: The increase and the fall of the Roman Emperor celebrates Caligula, showing the violent methods that he uses to gain the throne, and the subsequent madness of his reign - he gives to his horse the political office and humiliates and executes someone that even lightly he dislikes. He also sleeps with his sister, organizes complicated bacchanals and tackles a fruitless invasion of England before finding an appropriate end. There are several versions of the movie, in the limits of heavily - version of 90 minutes truncated to the legendary unconditional version of 160 minutes that does not leave anything to the imagination (although the unconditional scenes were inserted later and do not imply the principal mold members).
La subida y la caída del Emperador romano celebre Caligula, mostrando los métodos violentos que él emplea para ganar el trono, y la locura subsecuente de su reinado - él da a su caballo la oficina política y humilla y ejecuta a alguien que hasta ligeramente le disgusta. Él también duerme con su hermana, organiza orgías complicadas y emprende una invasión infructuosa de Inglaterra antes de encontrar un final apropiado. Hay varias versiones de la película, en los límites del pesadamente - versión de 90 minutos truncada a la versión incondicional de 160 minutos legendaria que no deja nada a la imaginación (aunque las escenas incondicionales fueran insertadas más tarde y no impliquen a los miembros de molde principales).
