Plot Summary: In the green woods of silver cases, Oregon, Aaron Hallam, an educated murderer AWOL of the special forces, his own brand of the animal world night guard keeps. After Hallam murdered brutally four roe deer hunters in the area, FBI, special AGENT ABBY DURRELL L turns. T. Bonham— a man who can be in the state, him to stop. First L. T. resists the mission. Comfortably in the retirement he becomes his past, the years closed which he spent in the special forces-teaching soldier to become a professional murderer. But if he understands that this new homicide is the work of a man whom he educated, he feels obliged to stop him. Accepting the instruction under the condition that he works alone, L. T. comes into the woods, unarmed— afflicted by recollections of his best student and solves with the guilt not to answer tormented letters to him Aarons because he began to glide above the edge of the reason. Furiously because he is with his former mentor to ignore his excuses for the help, Aaron that he and L knows. T. divide a tragic tape which is shatterproof. And even as they enter into her final battle against each other, nobody can say with the certainty who is the hunted one, and who is the hunter.

Wütend, weil er mit seinem ehemaligen Mentor ist, um seine Entschuldigungen für die Hilfe zu ignorieren, weiß Aaron dass er und L. T. teilen Sie ein tragisches Band, das unzerbrechlich ist. Und gerade als sie in ihren Endkampf gegen einander eintreten, kann keiner mit der Gewissheit sagen, wer das gejagte ist, und wer der Jäger ist.
