Plot Summary: Frank Horrigan is an agent of secret service that keeps on being remembered up to the 22nd of November of 1963, when, like an agent gathered to the hand by President Kennedy, he became one of few agents to have lost a president to a murderer when Kennedy died. Now, the ancient murderer of CENTRAL AGENCY OF INTELLIGENCE MITCH LEARY is attacking to the espreita the current president, who is running behind the re-election. Mitch spent long hours studying Horrigan, and he makes fun of Horrigan, saying it of his plans of killing the president. Leary plans to kill the president because he feels Leary betrayed by the government — Leary was removed of the CENTRAL AGENCY OF INTELLIGENCE, and the CENTRAL AGENCY OF INTELLIGENCE is trying now to tell it to kill. Then to speak with Leary, Horrigan makes sure that he is destined to the duty of presidential protection, which works with the agent of service of sympathetic secret Lilly Raines. Horrigan has not any intention of his president fails this time in turn, and he is wanting more of what taking a bullet. Chief of White House of Staff Harry Sargent refuses to alter the President's itinerary, while the chief of Horrigan, Director of Secret Service Sam Campagna, is a supporter of Horrigan. Since the election becomes more shut, Horrigan begins to doubt of his capacities themselves, especially when the colleague Al D'Andrea de Horrigan is killed by Leary. But Horrigan can be the only one that can stop Leary.
