Plot Summary: Liu Jian, a policeman of China, comes to Paris to help the gang vice to arrest a lord of Chinese medicament and its unknown French connection. French connection is Richard, the leader of the gang vice, with the intention of killing the lord of medicament supervise Jian then. Jian eludes a bullet and escapes with a band of what really arrived. Incidentally, Jian turns to Jessica - an American farm girl who is one of the hookers of Richard - for assistant. She has her own problems, by including the fact that Richard makes close his daughter in an orphanage to keep Jessica on streets and silent of his activities. Can Jian protect Jessica, save his daughter and give to Richard the kiss of the dragon?.
Liu Jian, un agent de police de la Chine, vient à Paris pour aider l'escouade vice à appréhender un seigneur de médicament chinois et sa connexion française inconnue. La connexion française est Richard, le chef de l'escouade vice, qui a l'intention de tuer le seigneur de médicament encadre alors Jian. Jian esquive une balle et des fuites avec une bande de ce qui est arrivé vraiment. Par hasard, Jian tourne à Jessica - une fille de ferme américaine qui est un des talonneurs de Richard - pour l'aide. Elle a ses propres problèmes, en incluant le fait que Richard fait fermer sa fille dans un orphelinat pour garder Jessica dans les rues et silencieux de ses activités.
