Plot Summary: To hear of the death of his mother, the Corn-meal puree of corn of adolescent lonely person when Purslane Vai was tired returns to the New Orleans for the first time in years, ready to reform his childhood at home. Waiting to find the house of his recently deceased left mother, one shocks that Pursy discovers that it is lived by two of friends of his mother: Bobby Long, ancient teacher of literature, and his young protege, Pines of Lawson. These broken men, whose lives took an incorrect direction years before, were firmemente deep-rooted at the decadent home of years, stimulated only by ambitions they hesitate of Lawson of writing a novel on the life of Bobby Long. Without having any intention of leaving, there is forced everything that Pursy, Bobby Long and Lawson cheers together. Still like time steps, his tenuous, temporary agreement exhumes series of buried personal secrets that challenges his obligations, and reveals only like inextricably his lives they are intertwined.
