Plot Summary: When Sarah Caïn, a chronicler of newspaper of the big city implicated by one, travels in Pennsylvania for the funeral of his sister Amish, she soon discovers that she is the lawful security guard of his five nieces Amish and nephews. Rather than want to move to the County Lancaster to end up raising them herself there, or to allow them to be separated by the system of adopted care, Sarah decides to take them with the back in Portland where she thinks that she can make a new life for them. However, she soon realises that the modern world forced them to compromise who they are and that she moved them there for all wrong reasons - a motive which is soon displayed - because secrets cannot really be ever kept to be secret. To find her own refund, she knows that she must make a choice to give them rear their lives in the Country Amish. And if she stays the part of their lives will have a lot to make with how much she cultivated to like them.
