Plot Summary: In the heart of the nice and historically rich Dordogne of valley of France a team of archeology students and her professor works diligently to uncover the ruins of a castle of the 14th century. For professor Edward Johnston the project is the climax of a dream for life. Helped by assistant's professor Andre Marek, his son Chris and students Kate, Strictly and François, Johnston main steps in digging out has made not only castle of La Roque but also a cloister and structures of the surroundings village of Castlegard. But things are about to break. Distrustfully against the benefactor of the dig international technology union (ITC) and the man who leads it, Robert Doniger professor Johnston goes to the headquarters ITC in New Mexico to get some answers, and while he is away, his students discover a space which has been sealed for more than 600 years. Marek and Kate rise in the not stable room, and shortly before a close misfortune-blest collapse down, they make two frightening discoveries — a bifocal lens which could not have been invented before the space was sealed, and even, a handwritten excuse for the help passé on the 2nd of April, 1357 more amusing. from professor Johnston! Resolved to solve the mystery, the students shut to headquarters ITC where they are dazed to get to know from the new invention &mdash from Doniger; a machine which can send really three-dimensional objects through the space. Although he planned for the device to revolutionise shipping, Doniger opened inattentively a worm hole which leads directly to the 14th century, and now professor Johnston who had persisted to find out the discovery independently is caught into evil French against it.
