Plot Summary: Val ('Kevin Bacon' (qv)) and Count ('Fred Ward I' (qv)) glides to put behind his days like handyman in a small city of soup plate of dust called the Perfection. Before they could put themselves to the civilization although, they find numerous victims of monsters that do a den for the ground. Soon the entire city is motorhome in his roofs when Val and the Count take them to the safety.
