Plot Summary: A beagle sniffing the bomb is returned from the office of the mayor for a mistake. This night a mad scientist dognaps he and injects him with an elixir. Escapes of dog, but has superpowers now. He is adopted by a guard of security - an ex-cop, who is a widower with a son of morose teenager, Jack. The boy discovers that the dog, called the Shoe polish by the daddy, has Great Powers, but it is their small secret. While the Loser saves people in distress, the mad scientist and his underling continue their conspiracy to catch him and to take back the city. There is also a girl Jack like with a dog from which the Shoe polish gets a chandelier. Will every dog have his day?.
Un beagle reniflant la bombe est renvoyé du bureau du maire pour un faux pas. Cette nuit un scientifique fou dognaps lui et l'injecte avec un élixir. Les fuites de chien, mais a maintenant des superpuissances. Il est adopté par un garde de sécurité - un ex-flic, qui est un veuf avec un fils d'adolescent morose, Jack. Le garçon découvre que le chien, appelé le Cirage par le papa, a des grandes puissances, mais c'est leur petit secret. Pendant que le Perdant sauve les gens dans la détresse, le scientifique fol et son underling continuent leur complot de l'attraper et reprendre la ville. Il y a aussi une fille Jack aime qui a un chien auquel le Cirage prend un lustre. Chaque chien aura-t-il son jour ?.
