Plot Summary: Universal soldier II continues the history of Luc Deveraux who has survived his experiences as a universal soldier, recovered, and now as a technical expert works on a government project on reviving the universal soldier's training programme and on improving. If S.. E. T. H. , the supercomputer, the soldiers controlling, breaks and takes over, Luc is the only one which can fight with this selection team of deadly, close-perfect warriors.
